I'm a 40-some year old woman and I hate to admit that I haven't had a gynecological exam for at least a couple of years. I do plan on finding a new doctor of course, and soon.

I am embarrassed to also admit to the fact that I truly have no idea of what I am looking for when doing a self-breast exam.
