I weighed myself 2 times today (because I just could not believe the first one-lol!!).
I went on the treadmill for 20 mins, went to the bathroom and then weighed myself. According to the scale, I lost 5 lbs. since last week. I went and did weights for 25 mins and then the bike for another 15 mins. I weighed again. Back up 5 lbs. basically making me lose nothing for the week.
WHAT do I go by? I know I am gaining muscle and I know I am losing weight as all my clothes are fitting looser, less "muffin top"-lol!!
I weigh myself once a week on Saturdays and have lost 4 1/2 lbs. in 4 weeks so unsure about this week now.
