Wow. Add that to these other articles about sleep loss triggering ADHD, connections between sleep and ADHD (here  and here ) and how critical sleep is (here ) - well, no wonder my little girl got (mis)diagnosed with it. Her sleep was awful. Got me thinking about my little brother. He has ADHD and also had enlarged tonsils. He quit getting so sick after getting them out as an adult. Of cousre that did not "cure" his ADHD. He turned that into an asset in his adult career. :smileyhappy:
It is nearly impossible to always get "the right" amount of sleep even in "NT" (neurotypical) kids.
