I took Selin for her one year portraits this morning. It started off rough - she wouldn't let go of me and it took us almost a half an hour to get her to stop crying. The photographer finally let her push some buttons on his camera, which of course she loved, and a female photographer popped in and was able to get her to smile and laugh. We didn't get as many shots to choose from as last time but still got some great poses.
Having the first appt. of the day really helped too, although it was running into her morning naptime so she promptly conked out once we got in the car to go home. :-P
