For a long time I do not have any kind of exercise. Recently i started for swimming although I don't really can swim. I can only swim with freestyle for a distance of 5-10 meters.
Can i considered this type of swimming for one hour per session for 3 times in a week as part of my regular exercise? Is there any other exercise I should considered to keep my body healthy? Is there any exercise which is better than swimming?
