We have some great tips for you and for the kids as they start to {GASP} head back to school next month!

What do you normally eat for breakfast?

How about the kids?

When I'm short on time I usually go with yogurt and sprinkle granola on top. If I'm not too busy then I make eggs with ham and/or vegetables in it. Of course, there are times when I have a bagel - my weakness! For the kids, I try to get a good combination of a little protein, fruit and a carb. It doesn't always work out that way, but I try.
