The 504 and IEP that your child has is NOT enough to get him/her modifications on the college entrance exams. My daughter has a 504 for fine and gross motor issues. She has had it since she was 6. Now she is 15, and taking AP courses. Imagine my shock when she was turned down for modifications by the College Boards. We had her retested and sent the new information into the CB. Fortunately they were willing to give her use of a word processor, but not her extended time. Sheesh.
