I just thought of this as I was posting a carrot recipe in the other thread. My husband teases me because I have to have several different colored foods with each meal. On Thanksgiving we have so many foods that are in the tan / yellow / orange family:
I usually do asparagus because it's DH's favorite veggie. Other than that, it's a pretty monochromatic meal. I wanted to add a carrot souffle dish I just saw, but again, more orange.
