I have a basic ,general question. I'm new to the gym. Most of my life i've used walking as the exercise tool of choice but recently,I've found that I'm bored with just walking alone. I've lost 70 pounds over a year and still have a few more to lose. I joined a gym a couple of weeks ago and I LOVE it. I'm confused though. How often should I go to get GOOD results and how do I know what steps to take with the machines like for strenght training etc. I do about 30 minutes of cardio like on the treadmill for example but when it comes to my arms,lower body(abs) and legs..how do I know how often I should do that and how many sets etc? Any help would be appreciated :) ! Thanks!
