I know I post here a lot but I'm addicted... Anyway, I have heard different things about the effects positive or negative on TTC and also during pregnancy. I have heard that those at high risk should not risk heavy exercise but I have also heard that it can be beneficial. I for example, really found that I enjoy running. It relaxes me I find and my weight responds well to it. I honestly don't know what kind of workout I would do if I didn't run/walk. I realize walking would be okay. Anyway, I thought I would do a poll. I would like to hear what you have to say. I know many of you use a Fertility doc and I do not, I am wondering what their take has been. Of course, if I knew that running was bad for ttc and an increase in m/c rate I would stop running but the info is not clear. Thanks in advance.
