Hi All,

I am trying to determine what the first day of my last menstrual cycle was. On 10/15 and 10/16 I spotted on and off (dark brown when wiping), then on the 17th I started to have what you would consider a regular period that lasted till the 20th.

Would you say day one was the 17th?
