Ladies,

I got the CBEFM today but didn't realize I had it on my door step until this evening. When I opened it an hour later to read the instructions I realized it required triple A batteries and I didn't have any. I wasn't about to go get any either. I plan to get some in the morning. From what I have read thus far it seems the instructions are saying that you push "m" on the 1st day of mensruation but if you miss day one you can still enter it up to day 5, tomorrow would be day 4 (though sometimes I don't have more than spotting on day 4). So my question is did I understand the instructions correctly, can I push "m" tomorrow until it says cd4? I really don't want to wait another cycle. I am worse than a kid, if I have a new toy I have to use it right away or I will obsess over it until next month... I would appreciate some input.
