I thought I'd share this since we were talking awhile back about finding new exercises. I haven't seen these before and think you could do a lot w/ them, eg adding tubes, doing it w/ feet on an unstable surface, etc.
What I'm looking for are cardio ideas for the upper body. I'm working w/ a dancer who has stress fractures on her toes on one foot. She can walk but can't point or flex her feet w/ weight w/out pain.
