So, in addition to paying down debt, I'd really like to lose about 35-40lbs. My problem is that I don't always do well when I'm trying to juggle too many things. I often feel like weight loss and debt repayment are easier to do when I focus on just one of them at a time. Unfortunately, I really shouldn't put either of them off and I need to find a way to make them both work?
So - to those of you doing both...how do you do it? And do you find that eating healthy can be just as frugal? How do you plan your meals? Does your family eat the same foods you do?
