Well we got a estimate from a plumber for 16,000!!!! Haha....no way I can do that. It's not even possible for us to come up with that kind of money. And it is WAY more than the job calls for.....people are just cheats!!!!

Anyway my DH can do alot of the project......he just needs the holes etc dug. So we are HOPING to find some reasonable person to help with that and get out of this problem for about 3000.00

OMG......guess what.....my DH just called and said the very guy who he had in mind to dig for us pulled up in front of my DH's antique store. We had been trying to get his phone number for days!!! He says he will help us out and be fair! He has done work for us on our rental property in the past. He didn't even know we were looking for him. Praise the Lord!!!!

I believe this is the answer to our problems. I wish we had legal recourse to get the money back but the previous owner who would be responsible has died so we are just out of luck there. Title ins doesn't cover this kind of thing.

Please keep the prayers and good vibes coming for us.

Hate that my debt total will be rising but at least maybe I can sleep again when this is done. Maybe Christmas will be good after all.
