This is from "Make-A-Mix Cookery" Cookbook, published in 1978.

Hot Roll Mix

20 cups (5 lbs) AP flour

1 1/4 cups sugar

4 tsp. salt

1 cup instant non fat dry milk

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
