Weekend naps, or lack thereof!

For the past few months, Selin has been fighting her naps at home on the weekend. She naps beautifully at the sitter every day, for a good 1.5-2 hours, but no matter what I try at home, it's a struggle.

She will usually fall asleep while I'm nursing/rocking her, same routine we do at bedtime, but as soon as I put her in her crib, or sometimes 30 min or less later, she wakes up screaming.

I've tried putting her down at the exact same time as her naptime at the sitter, a little earlier, and a little later. I've tried making her room darker. I've tried tiring her out in the morning. Nothing seems to work.

My DH is working on the weekends as well lately so I'm often home alone with her for a good portion of the day. When she doesn't nap that means I don't get a break until my DH gets home, which sometimes isn't until late afternoon and by then I'm exhausted!

She has also pretty much stopped napping at my parents house but that one I'm not as concerned about.

Anyone else experienced this? Another mom I know with a DD just two months older than Selin said her daughter only naps about 5 days of the week so I'm wondering if this is just a normal progression? But then why would she continue to nap so well at the sitter? Help!
