1/4 c. butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
3 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl; combine butter and garlic. Place potato wedges on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Brush with butter mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper. Bake at 425 F (220 C) for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve with sour cream.
