Dropping Pumps (Schedule advice needed)

Dear all,
I need help with dropping a pump. My daughter will turn 12 weeks this Friday and I would like to attempt to drop one or two pumps to preserve my sanity and not feel like all I am doing is pumping! I was pumping about 10-12 times in the beginning until she was 6 weeks old. We had terrible latching issues in the beginning but now she will latch on but isn't efficient and I also work outside the home so I EP mostly. I get anywhere from 38-42 oz. My LO drinks about 25-28 oz (not counting the time with me). Yesterday I got 45 ounces but I think that is just a combination of fluke and my daughter not feeding from me at all.
My questions are:

1. How does this look for my schedule if I go to 7 pumps.
My current pumping schedule: 3:00 a.m.; 6:45 a.m.; 10:00 a.m.; 12:15 p.m.; 3:00 p.m.; 5:45 p.m.;8:00 p.m.; 10:00 p.m
My drop schedule (with 7 pumps): 4:30 a.m.;6:45 a.m.; 10:00 am..; 12:15 p.m.; 3:00 p.m.;6:30 p.m/7:00 p.m.;9:30/10:00 p.m.
My drop schedule (with 6 pumps): 5:30 a.m.;9:30 a.m.; 12:15 p.m.; 3:00 p.m.;7:30 p.m.;10:00 p.m.

As you can see I want keep my during the day schedule pretty constant because of my work but I want to adjust the early evening and night schedule to get more consistent sleep and spend time with my baby more.

2. When I drop pumps will I notice a difference in production right away or will it take a while for me to see the reduction if there is any after a week or two? I ask because I don't want to be in a position where it takes me a while to see the drop and I lose my supply in the process.

3. If there is a significant drop in supply can I increase it more by power pumping/getting back on the herbs(I stopped them a week ago)?

4. Should I drop to 7 pumps first before dropping to 6? If so, how long should I keep at 7 before moving on to 6? (When I typed out the schedule above the 6 pump schedule looked so HEAVENLY!!)

I know I am definitely making more than LO is eating but I really would like to keep my supply where it is at and have a good freezer stash for LO to go till 1 year and I know I might have to wean off the pmup when she is 8 months because I will have to start travelling for work and I would rather not deal with pumping when I am away.

Thanks in advance for any replies and advice.
