Hi ladies! Whew - sorry about being MIA - it's been a hectic month already!!
3/1 Thurs - weighed in at 146.5 - no gain, no loss from the previous week
3/2 Fri - ate decent throughout the day but then went out for dinner/drinks; no exercise
3/3 Sat - it was the kids' birthday so I surprised them with a limo and we had Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. I did get in the Legs P90X dvd
