Since Dh is on a corn-free diet he can't have his favorite condiment, his beloved BBQ sauce. A lot of vinegar is made from corn, though the ingredients labels don't specify, so that rules out most of them. Of course he can't have corn syrup and any other ingredients derived from corn. That eliminates every single sauce we looked at this weekend.
I did buy some rice vinegar, not knowing how/if the taste differs from regular vinegar, in hopes of making my own sauce. Does anyone have a good, corn-free, recipe?
