Have you been making bread using the method in Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day? I know we were all talking about it at one point. They're pretty adamant that you need to use unbleached, all purpose flour, but if anyone likes to break the cooking rules, I know it's you! ;) I want to use wheat flour. Have you tried that? I don't mind mixing flours I guess, but I want to get away from using all white flour. Do you think I need to change anything else?
