I'm no stranger to the SBD. Six months after my son was born, I started with P2 and lost 35 lbs in 6 months. I was still nursing at the time. This was back in 2010.
I did something stupid and picked up smoking last year. I quit in early December. I tried SBD in January, after less than a month of being smoke-free, and just kept gaining and losing the same 4 lbs. I had started with P2 because I felt like the cravings probably wouldn't be too bad. They weren't but I did over-indulge in after-dinner snacks. I really didn't think it was enough to sabotage my diet, but rather my metabolism slowdown was to blame.
