Well I'm in Kimberley BC on vacation! First day I went and found a gym relatively close by, and got a good workout in on Sunday. Today I went out for a morning ski (3K) came home had lunch and went for a workout at the gym. Then I came home and crashed! I've figured out that I can see the TV from the hot tub so can watch the NCAA finals from there tonight!
I already cheated on my clean eating after a great day yesterday - a chunk of fudge. But I got back on board right away for dinner!
Breakfast: Chia Seed w/hemp and buckwheat, eggs, coffee, water
Snack: Nuts and grapes
Lunch: Brown Rice with flax seed and edamame
Snack: peanut butter fudge
