My first thought was to offer this statement as a pro-circ argument which I came across recently from a friend of mine... the perceived belief that circumcision is a simple surgical act with benefits which outweigh any argument to the contrary. She was discussing my own circumcision as an adult to make her point. My response to her isn't important, expect to stress that I explained exactly why I lost my foreskin against my will. I can still 'perform' after the learning curve I had to encompass and live with.

But our shared conversation struck home with regard to iVillage's new format. We have the opportunity to cross-reference thoughts, wishes and understanding arguments across all three boards. No other website offers a chance like this - we are unique. So why is there next to nothing among the very many 'views' of threads without a single comment?
