I've just finished reading a bunch of articles about TTC and stress. Stress affects our bodies in a way that can impede conception. I'm a total stress case so I seriously need to think about ways to add more stress reduction to my life.
Anyone have any experience with successful stress reduction? What worked for you? Meditation, yoga, exercise, cutting out caffeine, massage, etc? I'd love to hear everyone's experiences. I already work out but I think yoga would really help.
