I need to get back on track! Been eating tons of carbs (lumpia is my vice right now), drinking sugary sodas etc. Got to stop it! I think I am going to work on my diet before my exercising, though both are important, because for me my diet is easier. So:
1. Cut back on sugary drinks
2. Drink more water/iced tea
3. Eat less carbs
4. Stop eating at 9pm
5. Cut out sweets (did that already)
6. Not eat during the night (I am a night time eater).
