period or implantation bleeding?

im not due for my period til fri, this morning i woke up with light cramping and a little bit of bleeding.  my normal period is very heavy in the begining and cramps usually keep me in bed all day , i put  pad on an hour ago and theres  a drop of red blood. me and my bf had intercourse 12 days outta the last 16 days he pulled out everytime but 4 times he didnt pull out this past weekend
