Intro and questions!

Hello ladies! I've been lurking on this board for a bit, but decided that it's time to start posting since I'll be back to work in less than 3 weeks. I have a 2 yr old DS who I ended up EPing for. My DD is almost 4 mo old. My DD is currently refusing bottles. We are working hard to get her to take one. I'm still praying she'll take it at the 11th hour. But I also figure maybe the sitter can syringe feed a few ounces while I'm at work. Here's my plan, let me know if it's a good one. I work 9am to 3pm, 4 days a week. My location varies, so sometimes I'm close, but other times I'm an hour away. I plan to feed around 7am before I leave the house to drop them off. I will pump around 10ish and then again at 1ish. I will feed her as soon as I get home around 4. If I had to, I could squeeze in a 3rd pump, something like this: 9:30, 12:30, 2:30. But, with only working 6 hours, pumping three times really would take away from my job. Also, how long do i pump fir? 10 min? Obviously if milk is still coming out, id wait until it was done, but a general idea would be good. Thoughts? Also, if I'm not pumping enough to cover her for the next day, how do I deal with that? I'd like to keep this up until she's at least a year and I'd rather not give formula if I can help it. I'm thinking that she won't drink a ton while I'm gone (especially since she's not taking a bottle) and she'll reverse cycle and I'll be ok with output, but I don't know. I really don't want my return to work to jeopardize our bf relationship.
