So I am almost 11 weeks, and the past week or so I have had this pain that feels like it is coming from my tail bone at the start of my bum. At first I thought I somehow pulled a muscle, even though I haven't been stretching/working out. But now I am thinking otherwise since it won't seem to clear up.
Its particularly bad in the morning when I first get out of bed, or roll over. Walking is horrid the first 10 min or so. Bending down even slightly when getting dressed or even loading/unloading the dishwasher throughout the day is near impossible sometimes. I feel crippled. If I sit for too long or in certain positions it huts really bad too. I will probably go to the doctor just to confirm, see it it is a pulled muscle or pregnancy related. If its pregnancy related I plan to go to physio or massage, I've heard that can help. And I have full coverage from my spouses benefits. Might as well take advantage of it.
