I will really need the accountability this week.... Sunday - swim...60 laps, already done. The pool is shorter than the one at home but I had it all to myself, so I am glad I made myself go...isn't it a wonderful world that one day, I can be swimming in Boston and 24 hours later, I am swimming n Poland? I know Ryan Lochtie swam two Olympic races in 30 minutes...just saying.... Monday - 10 minute cardio warmup(I hope bike), lifting...I am not sure whether I will do full body each time or try to do a split this week, it depends on how I assess the equipment, floor abs... Tuesday - I hope I am running with the relay team, if not I hope torun on my own, floor abs Wednesday - repeat Monday Thursday - maybe swim again, some kind of cardio, floor abs Friday - repeat Monday Saturday - maybe running with the relay team, if not, runining by myself... I hope I am not reduced to hotel room exercises but if I am, then I am. The goal is 20 minutes every day, no matter what.... Na dobry week everyone!
