I know we're all at different stages in our pregnancies, but have you started buying things for the baby yet?  I wanted to start buying things and DH wants to wait until we're further along so we don't have things starting to pile up before the baby's room is ready.  We also have a friend who told me it's bad luck to buy anything for your own pregnancy before you are 6 months along.  I don't think I am superstitious about buying things, but I don't want to upset DH.  Has anyone started buying things yet or are you waiting to see what you get at your baby showers? If you're further along when did you start buying things for the baby?
