I know I am not suppose to sleep on my back...and I try REALLY hard not to...but I always wake up 2 or 3 times a night and find myself blissfully sleeping on my back. I get so frustrated because I know it is not good for the babies. I fall asleep on my left or right side, then drift on to my back after I am asleep.
Anyone else have this issue? How do I get out of this habit? The only solution I can think of is surrounding myself with pillows so I can't lay flat. But seriously????
