Hi friends!
Any thoughts out there about the best forms of exercise for Parkinson's?

I like to swim, walk, run, lift weights. Also, I participated in a program called L SVT Big, which is specifically targeted to offset Parkinson's symptoms. I do these every day. They take about a half-hour, and I have found them very useful.
My problem is that I don't seem to have the energy to do much besides these, and walking. I'm sure I'm not doing enough.

I've seen articles about cycling, and a particular product called the Theracycle. But I hesitate to buy it because you can only do so many kinds of exercise and there are only so many hours in a week. And frankly, I'm struggling to get the energy back to do the swimming, running and weightlifting. I was doing before. I know exercise everyday is important and I feel like I'm falling down on the job. Energy seems to be one of my biggest problems. Any thoughts?
