Ladies, I've come across a few articles lately on intermittent fasting, which is alternating periods of fasting with non-fasting. So for example you might fast for 20 hours in a day with 4 hours of non-fasting.
I'm wondering if any of you have had experience with fasting or intermittant fasting (other than mandatory fasting for medical tests/procedures)?
This is really out of curiousity more than anything, as I'm loathe to even think about depriving myself of food (maybe a whole other issue on its own! LOL)
