While there is no specific profile of the people with hardships of self-esteem. There are attributes and habits that can be worked on for a measurable increase in esteem issues-there are things you can do about ingrained patterns and cycles. Challenges and boundaries are two, another is letting go of past mistakes. I concluded that 'mistakes' might not be a great question for the week because if you are working on not reliving past mistakes and considering the past as a learning experience. Rather than promising yourself that you’ll never make the same mistake again (too much pressure), you need to be willing to learn from what happened and be on your toes for situations that might put you in the same position again.
