Hey everyone,
I just joined this board because I feel like it's time for a change in my life. I've tried dieting before, but I need some accountability and support. I am currently around 235 lbs (fluctuating a bit), and I am trying to get down to about 135, give or take. I am trying to take my weight loss slow so that I can maintain it. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi
