Monday Sept 10
Well I'm a bit behind on the September journal, but I kind of felt I was still in summer mode last week LOL I have had a few weeks where I've basically eaten what I've wanted, stopped taking my meds, and I got in one workout last week. ONE. It was almost like I thought "well things are kind of sucking right now, so why don't we see how badly they can suck over the week" Obviously that didn't work out well because I'm feeling like crap.
So for September my goals are:
- Make a meal plan each week, and prepare lunches each week
- Keep to my low-fodmap diet 80% of the time
- Keep up with my meds
- Get in 4-5 workouts each week, including one on the weekend
I have my friends wedding on the 20th and I've bought a fab new hot pink dress that I'd like to look good in - and there is not much room for error in the dress LOL So I really need to kick things into gear!
