AF / Preggo symptoms confusion

I should start by saying I have never been regular, I had no symptoms at all when AF was about to arrive, I mean NONE at all! The only time I would get tender breasts was when preggo (4 times), so that was my #1 symptom.. For the past year I notice that around CD20-25 my breast get SUPER tender... I am on CD 24 and I woke up to constipation, tender breasts, mild nausea and cramping. It is so confusing! Has anyone had a change in their AF pattern since their 40's. Just wondering
