Hand Sanitizer with Aloe Vera?

I've read to stay away from aloe vera while pregnant, as it can really harm the fetus. However the sanitizer I have at my desk at work is enriched with aloe vera and I only just noticed. Should I stop using it, or in sanitizer should it be ok?
