J's merit badge counselor's phone number is disconnected

I can't take it.  He's spent months finishing up this dang merit badge and now there isn't an easy way to get in touch with the counselor since his records are not updated.  I was told to connect through the troop the counselor is registered with to see if they have his updated info.
