My daughter has a friend who was burned my scalding hot water in a tub when he was 2 by an inattentive mother who was also high on drugs. After that he was cared for by his grandmother who passed away 2 years ago. He is now a teenager himself and lives with his 20 year old brother because mom won't let him live with her cause he gets into it with the boyfriend.

Anywho, my point is, he had skin grafts on his legs and feet at age 2, however none since. Ofcourse he has grown and the skin has stretched. So much that it barely covers the muscle and he gets injured very easily. He cant even wear closed shoes. And somrtimes it hurts him to walk. Well, now he is in the hospital with a severe leg infection and may have to have it amputated. All of this could've been avoided. He has no support so he gets state medical assistance who will pay for all but 500 bucks for the skin graft surgery, but momma won't do anything to help her teenage son get 500 dollars!!! When its HER fault he is even in this predicament. I feel so bad for him. Some people SHOULD NOT be allowed to have kids!
