DH and I DTD and when I was finishing I instantly got this super massive headache along with dry heaves.  The dry heaving has happened before (but it's something I wonder about) but he headache really bothers me.  Anyone have a clue as to what is going on?  I was dizzy early today (didn't give it much thought) and have had my hands constantly fall asleep if I put weight on them but I've never had a headache like that one before.  It went away about 10 mins afterwards (DH gave me a head massage shortly afterwards) but I'm just concerned.  I'll be speaking to my OB about it this weekend (will see her on Saturday) but wanted to see if anyone has experienced or heard of something like this before.
