So as you can see in my title, I am a 28 year old female who needs some advise or some oppinions on my problemS so here goes. In December 2010 I was diagnosed with a chronic back problem from a snow mobile accident, it was either save my boys from getting hurt or myself and any parent in their right mind would have made the same decision I did, SAVE MY BABIES. Then, in April 2011 I was 152 lbs 5'5" (give or take) and was so happy and still losing (at this time my back problem was at a stand taking meds it was helping). Well then a suprise come along YOUR PREGNANT and I am one of those ones that doesn't have to eat but can still gain a ton of weight being pregnant, well not to mention I was on birth control so this shouldn't have happened (I am glad now my kids are the love of my life and never would change that). So, when I went in to labor I weighed 204, my six weeks I weighed somewhere around 185 got down to 172. So, now to this day can't get my back problem under control doctor not helping me none (why I go who will ever know) my back hurts everyday mainly the right side, I have a (let me see if I can't spell this lol) Central Protusion of the disk L5, which means that L5 disk is slid out half way and pinching nerves, which makes my legs and arms, hurt, tingle, and burn, this also makes my hip and tailbone area hurt. I have done shots in my back, chiropractor, and physical therapy. In the mornings I wake up to wake my kids up for school their rooms up stairs I crawl up the stairs, I am 28 years old why should I have to crawl??????? So, to my weight now I weighed myself this morning and sadly I am a 181 and not getting taller so not good, which is only 19 lbs away from 200, I DON'T WANNA BE 200!!!! So, if you have any suggestions, ideas, opinions, or have the same problems that can help me figure out how to do this.. I DON'T WANNA BE FAT ANYMORE!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
