Is there help coming??/ Helllooooo out there?

I am very frustrated.   My last two emails to the help site have gone unanswered.   I cannot post on the CL Board because this format won't let me, from any browser.   There is no tech update on the CL Board.   There are no emails sent to CLs with tech update info.  We are getting NO feedback here.   WHAT'S GOING ON?   Is help coming?
