Sunday - swam 70 laps (35 were in the part of the pool with steps so they were short - so I did 10 extra to try to make it up), abs
Monday - 5 minutes stairs, 5 minutes bike, lifting for chest/back, abs, run 2 miles
Tuesday = bike 10 minutes, lifting for legs, abs, swim 60 laps
Wednesday - rest day -maybe abs in the hotel room
Thursday - definity nothing
Friday - 5 minutes stairs, bike 5 minutes, lifting for shoulders, bi's, tris, abs
Saturday - maybe zumba, run three miles, abs
I want to work out hard for the next three weeks, because I hope I will be in Krakow after that!
