We do have a reported issue with some members not being able to read replies and post on threads. This is occuring on our mobile version, and also with some browsers. You can try accessing the board with a PC or Mac, or try out a different internet browser such as Chrome. Getting this fixed is on the priority list for our tech team. We know how frustrating it is to not be able to either read threads or reply on them, and I'm so sorry that you are experiencing it.
