I found out I was pregnant last Monday afternoon, and have exercised four times since then (which is four more times than I exercised in my last 3 pregnancies combined!). I have been super active, exercising (yoga, running) 5-6 days a week since my YDD was 8 weeks old. I really want to keep it up. And -- bonus -- I've found that I feel better (no m/s) while exercising. Check back with me in a month -- I wonder if I'll still be working out -- but I'm hoping I can continue for a while!
