has anyone had any spotting in the 2nd tri??

I was just wondering if anyone has had any spotting in the 2nd tri?  I have had it 3 seperate time and so far there has been no explanation.  It worries me a lil but with no answers what can I do?  the dr can't seem to tell me anything!
