Alright, I've accepted the fact that I just won't ever "normally" breastfeed my 6th baby:)  So now I'm going to be lurking here gleaning information and advice from the wise sages who have been-there-done-that.  I'm a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom of 6.  I've been EPing for 3 1/2 months now.  I try to pump to mimic my baby's demand-on days where she isn't as hungry, I don't pump as much.  When she's growing and sucks down a 9oz bottle in one sitting, I pump more.  I have about a month's supply in the freezer.  I don't pump at night although I've read I should.  Baby is sleeping through the night (my other breastfed babies seemed to be constantly attached all night long), so I decided I wasn't going to get up either.  When I get busy and I notice a decrease in output, I drink a bunch of water, eat oatmeal, and take some fenugreek (I have an older stepdaughter who owns dairy goats and we compare notes on milk production!).  I have to say, I have really enjoyed getting to know this baby and my body in a different way than I did with my other five!  And I haven't had too many problems with supply either.  So I'm feeling suprisingly blessed with this strange turn of events!
